Enhance Your CELL ISOLATION...
SepMate™ is an innovative new tube that enables consistent and hassle-free PBMC isolation in just 15 minutes. The SepMate™ insert allows users to quickly layer blood over the density gradient medium (e.g. Ficoll- Paque®, Lymphoprep™, etc.), and prevents the layers from mixing. Centrifugation is performed with the brake on, after which isolated PBMCs are simply poured off into a fresh tube.
RosetteSep™ is easily combined with SepMate™ to increase sample throughput and eliminate user errors associated with improper sample layering or PBMC harvesting.
The EasySep™ EasyStand™ facilitates the separation of one or more samples at one time. Each EasySep™ EasyStand™ can hold a single EasySep™ Magnet, and a simple system links up to 6 individual EasySep™ EasyStands™ together. After each round of magnetic separation, the supernatants from all samples are poured off simultaneously into the receiving tubes.
The EasySep™ Multistand allows the separation of up to 4 samples at one time. An ingenious reversible clamping bar allows the Multistand to hold up to 4 EasySep™ or 4 "The Big Easy" EasySep™ Magnets. After each round of magnetic separation, the supernatants from all samples are poured off simultaneously into the receiving tubes. The receiving tube bar is indexed to ensure proper position of the tubes.
Lymphoprep™ is a density gradient medium recommended for the isolation of mononuclear cells from peripheral blood, cord blood, and bone marrow by exploiting differences in cell density. Granulocytes and erythrocytes have a higher density than mononuclear cells and therefore sediment through the Lymphoprep™ layer during centrifugation. Lymphoprep™ can be substituted for Ficoll-Paque™ without any need to change your existing protocols and is fully compatible with both SepMate™ and RosetteSep™ .
Lymphoprep™ has a density of 1.077 g/mL.
