BioSan was founded 24 years ago by Vasily Bankovsky (Ph.D., Molecular Biology) and Svetlana Bankovska (MSc., Biochemistry) from the Institute of Microbiology in the Latvian Republic Academy of Science.
The Company philosophy is to develop modern exciting personal products for sample preparation in the field of genomics, proteomics and cellomics.
The company products range includes instruments for sample mixing, centrifugation, thermostating, cell cultivation, boxes for work with DNA, devices for biosafety, thermostatic control, spectrophotometry and fluorometry.
During recent years BioSan Personal Laboratory products have become well-known all over the world under different leading brands (e.g. Biometra, Bioneer, Boeco, Fisher Scientific, Grant-bio, Life Technologies, Вектор-Бест, etc.).
