The LIFECODES LifeScreen Deluxe (LMX) is a qualitative bead-based immunoassay used to detect IgG antibodies to HLA Class I and Class II molecules. LifeScreen Deluxe is composed of unique Luminex Beads to which affinity purified Class I HLA and Class II HLA glycoproteins are conjugated. The kit contains seven different Class I beads and five different Class II beads. The sensitivity has been enhanced through the use of CREG-enriched beads.
LIFECODES Class I ID and Class II IDv2 are bead-based immunoassays provide antibody identification and used to qualitatively detect Panel Reactive HLA IgG antibodies (PRA). The assays help identify false reactivity with LSA (Single Antigens), they correlates significantly better with crossmatch tests than single antigen. The ID assays are consistent to lot-lot variability and therefore, they are ideal for patient monitoring
